Another example that Drupal is the best solution for the Public Institutions. Spanish local Government (Diputació de Castelló) offers a free Drupal site for all the municipalities of the valencian region in Castelló. PWM (Proyecto Web Municipal) contains, at the moment, 92 municipalities running a Drupal webpage and they offer news, blogs, forums, official information and documents, turist information, etc.
This project is one of the biggest Drupal projects in Spain.
