Language Categories Added

Thanks to several requests Language categories are added. Now you may choose English, Afrikaans, Chinese or whatever language from ISO set for your project.

Please mind it when submit new site or update your existing listing!

That is a better idea. It is better for one site to have a language categories. Any site will viewed from different part of the world so it be better if it has language categories. They can choose any language that they will understand the site's best.
