No regrets for the bike..
Three months ago i bought a complete bike from your store. It was a KHS alite 150. It has served me well, considering that i have made more than five climbs and downhills in the hills of Kalunasan and Kasili here in Guadalupe without suffering any type of trouble on the bike... The disc brakes of course made my descent very safe.. For a beginner like me, the price i paid for the bike was worth it...
Next year i planned to assemble another MTB, which i'll source most of the parts/components in your store.. Hope, there will be no price increases... more power..

unfreindly, indifference, unfair treatment by sales staff
about a week ago I went into your shop looking for bike accessories, one of your sales staff at the counter didn't bother to entertain my inquiries. Does personal appearance gauge a person whether he can or cannot afford to purchase any particular accessory in your shop? I did call his attention when he was done with the other customer,but he just dismissed my call and went ahead with another customer who came much later than me.

yes i agree with you if you are talking about ykk bike store in cebu city. i just cant figure out how in the world this store stablish to sell bikes and make profits to be not entertaining customers with smile and courteous attitude..it seems they dont want to receive money from sales of their bikes and bike parts.. i experienced that too that their staffs are not so courteous and hospitable.. i hope they will go bankruptcy.. or i hope they will wake up and improve their service.
