As all users of PCs (whichever operating system you use) will be aware, things can go wrong. Often they seem to only go wrong when you need them to least. Maybe computers really do have feelings!
I hope that over these pages, I will try to reduce the disasters, and explain a little about what the hardware is, and what it can do. I'll also be looking at various pieces of software, and providing help throughout.
I hope to include a section on how to build your own PC, and support it yourself as well. Remember, a bespoke suit that fits you, may not fit someone else so well. When you buy a PC that is off-the-shelf, it may not fit your purpose exactly.
