We just launched Soundsnap.com. It is a platform to find and share free sound effects and loops.
It runs on Drupal 4.7 and we are very happy with it.
We are an english based company, Tera Media falling in love with Drupal.

Nice Drupal site - I've already dowloaded a sound to use on one of my Drupal sites. Good navigation and use of search too.
