The Parish of Mary Help of Christians was established by the Catholic Diocese of Lismore in response to the Spirit to meet the needs of the people of the Sawtell area. As a parish, it strives to be faithful to Christ's mission of proclaiming God's word to others, to sanctify them by His gifts of sacraments and sacrafice, and through serving others, lead them actively to His promise of eternal life.
