It is Drupal
WimJanin showed me some proof. Drupal is used not in an obvious way here and mostly as beck-end part and exactly as content management. And html output for presentation is handled some very custom way.

they are seo specialists too? I guess If I search on google "seo agency" I will find www.one-agency.be in the first positions of the SERP. Maybe not the first 3 positions but on the first page. Not international 2M of results, very competitive. We'll search in "pages from Belgium". Not Competitive market 773 results.
We'll analyze this SERP: position 50?? I guess it's not very good, I guess.
But the site is great ;-)
