This is a realty website for the Gold Coast in Australia. The theme is based on modified fourseasons theme. It allows the agents to upload properties with full control over the listing type, property type and even the colour scheme depending on the listing type.

It boasts a handy search feature which guides the visitor to the properties they are looking for. This is done using jQuery to modify the multi-select drop downs.

A custom gallery per property has also been developed, which shows thumbnails below the main image. If there are more thumbnails than fit neatly within its container, the thumbs will slide across continuously in set intervals.

This is my first Drupal real estate site, and there are plans to expand it even more down the track.
