The purpose is a web site, national to Sweden, with consumer information about new cars and used cars with tests results from the Swedish Motor Vehicle Inspection Company Bilprovningen (which is by appointment of the Swedish government solely responsible for inspecting all vehicles registered in Sweden).

The web site is owned and initiated by Bilprovningen and developed by Input Consulting Stockholm.
