Perhaps the largest Drupal site we've done as far as content goes, the thing is HUGE. There was a big focus on content management because they'll be adding/editing tons of pages. Modules that helped in this regard were: Role theme switcher, FCKEditor, IMCE, Meta Tags
Other helpful modules: Pathologic, Menu Trees, Ulink, Gmap, Search 404, Text Size

Not bad at all, but I must
Not bad at all, but I must take exception with the buttons on the right. The icons at the right of the buttons look good, but the look of the buttons themselves lessens the sleek look you've got going with this site. Smaller borders and an adjusted gradient/color combination would do it for me. Otherwise, your color scheme is great and compliments the content well. Nicely organized and easy to navigate.
