VERSION 2!
The need for a exciting niche market resourcing agency website was needed. The design is a cleaver sign board, like that at the side of the road. Now in its second iteration and further features.
The website now has users and three types each, with a totally unique dashboard and actions they can perform throughout the system. There are Applicants who can upload their resumes and manage their profiles and apply to jobs posted on the site. Then there are Employers who can view all the applicants in the system database in a rich user interface and create company profiles as well. Also there are Premium Employers who pay to advertise their position in the system and view featured applicants.
Now that the basic notions are introduced it goes even further where the system allows for applicants to get their resumes and profiles polished. Applicant also get featured in the system where by they are added to a short list of exciting applicants they employers can view, these are people who have brilliant resumes and are 'top of the crop'.
All design work done one the site was true to the medium, where nothing was mocked in photoshop but in HTML and integrated into the drupal theme. As the features were added and configured with the CMS.
There are a tone of features, like Single Sign On with social network accounts. Mailchmp integration, Gravatar icons on the comments, Mollom spam controll, etc.. there is too much to mention.
A wonderful example of the work done with Drupal by WebBuilders.
