Suikoden: Pro Patria Mori is a writing role-playing game based on the Suikoden video game series for the PS1 and PS2. Players create characters and writes stories about their character's journeys in this world. If you coordinate with other writers, you can have your characters meet up with each other and interact! You might end up being their friends... or perhaps become enemies.
The geography is going to be in a region south of the Grasslands and Vinay del Zexay, and west of the Tinto Republic. Tensions are rising, made more intense with rumours of True Runes emerging.
There are many factions that you can make a character for, as well, including the large Papal State Magridal, Holy Harmonia, dignitaries from the Zexen Federation, or representatives from the Tinto republic. You might also be interested in playing as a character from the fringe province of Barrinhill or as one of the outlying Border Clans. There's hundreds of options and thousands of possiblities!
At the beginning of the story, we do not know who the "hero" is - we don't know who will have the capability to lead the region to peace. Eventually, only one hero will be selected as the Tenkai star and lead the 108 Stars of Destiny to restore balance to the world. This hero could be you!
