Toronto Section AGM, Pub Night and Slide Show!

Eugenia Falls clean-up success

On Saturday, May 3rd, members of the Alpine Club of Canada Toronto Section participated in a clean-up of Eugenia Falls Conservation Area. The event was a great success.

Chris Hachey from Grey Sauble Conservation sent the attached letter with words of appreciation for the Club.

A big thank-you to all who participated!

The North Face Summer Leadership Course 2008


With generous subsidies from the Gunter Stefan Memorial Leadership Fund, the Section will nominate at least two members to attend the National Alpine Club of Canada’s The North Face Summer Mountaineering Leadership Course in the Bugaboo’s/Vowells in August 2008.


Tantalus Range Summer Camp 2008

Toronto Section Camp 2008-Tantalus Range, B.C.
Dates: Saturday August 9th-Sunday August 17th
Access:From Vancouver and chopper from Squamish
Group size: 20-32 (both Toronto and Vancouver sections)
Accommodation: Tantalus and Haberl Huts
Deposit: $250.00 Payable to ACC Toronto Section (Contact Rob for mailing address)
Camp cook will be included
