Fantasy Formula 1 2008 Results

Image of a trophy

The 2008 Formula One season is now over. Congratulations to Lewis Hamilton on a great championship victory. Commiserations to Filipe Massa who celebrated for roughly 10 seconds before realising the Hamilton had finished 5th and claimed the title. I'm sure you'll all agree that it has been a thrilling season, filled with the usual controversy but some much appreciated overtaking.

Congratulations to Trev Torpy, a Building Services Engineer from Jersey in the Chanel Islands, whose team Red H Racing 3 were the winners of an extremely close fought 2008 Fantasy Formula 1 competition. Red H Racing 3 were right up there all season, along with Michael F1A, Historical Ponage and Mac Attack, who all finished on the same points.

Fantasy Formula 1 2008

It's that time of year again... get your thinking caps on and select your team for the 2008 Fantasy Formula 1 competition. You can also set up your own league so that you and your friends can compete against each other.

If you are new to this Fantasy Formula 1 game, first you will need to create a user account. It's quick and simple and just requires you to enter a user name and a valid email address. Once registered, you can begin creating your leagues and teams completely free of charge. I would definately recommend that you read through all of the instructions and check out the component prices first though.

If you played last year, you can login and then Create your team now. If you ran your own league last year, all the teams have been removed, but you can use the same league again.

We also have a new feature for 2008. You can now add your league table to your own website using a simple piece of code. Read how to do this.

Best Team Selection 2007

I have worked out the top 50 best possible team selections based around the 2007 Fantasy Formula 1 rules. Nobody managed to select the top 3 teams, but our winner, Manfrys, did select the respectable fourth place. Maybe this table will help you with your 2008 team selection.

Support

I have been asked by a number of users if there is a way that they can support the Fantasy Formula 1 site financially. I want to make it perfectly clear that this site does not accept any kind of donations. However, there are small costs involved in running and maintaining the site, so I have come up with a few simple ways for users to contribute towards these costs if you want to...
