2008 Wicked Gorge Race - July 18th/19th, 2008

2008 Wicked Gorge Race

The Wicked Gorge race is a part of the 2008 Gorge Games! Come out and enjoy a fantastic sports festival in the beautiful and scenic Columbia River Gorge. The 2008 Gorge Games will be broadcast over 3 and 1/2 hours of prime time coverage in all Fox Sports network stations in the U.S. The Games coverage will reach a potential target audience of 84 MILLION households! Put a smile on, and your best racing gear, and come play with us!

In addition, the Wicked Gorge 24 Hour Pro Course race is a CheckPoint Tracker Adventure Racing Series race. Four Person Coed teams will receive points towards the $30,000 Series Prize Purse.

Race Data:

  • Race Formats: 24 Hour Pro Course and a 5 to 10 Hour Sport Course
  • 24 Hour Pro Course starts on Friday July 18th at 5:00 pm
  • 5 to 10 Hour Sport Course starts on Saturday July 19th at 9:00 am
  • Both races are headquarterd at Waterfront Park in Hood River, Oregon
