Engagement at the Intersection of Faith, Society, and Asian and Pacific Islander American Culture
Engagement at the Intersection of Faith, Society, and Asian and Pacific Islander American Culture
Founded in 2000, the PANA Institute is an ecumenical and interfaith organization. An integral part of theological education at Pacific School of Religion, the PANA Institute partners with the many denominations whose teaching institutions constitute the Graduate Theological Union in Berkeley, California.
The PANA Institute engages an American civic context of increasing religious pluralism and cultural diversity by developing leadership for Pacific and Asian North American religious and scholarly communities, fostering intellectual discourse, and cultivating critical voices on social issues.
