SCANPH is a membership organization which supports the production, preservation and management of homes affordable to low-income households. We believe that nonprofit community development corporations are the best vehicle for achieving this mission. Our member corporations, public agencies and individuals serve the formerly homeless, disabled households, seniors on fixed-incomes, and the working poor throughout Southern California.
