Caught the screening of Aamir and was intrigued prior to watching it. Intrigued because it had no big names, not even small one's, but had as its protagonist, a television actor by the name of Rajeev
Khandelwal. There was no love interest for him in the film. This whole set up of experimentation, to me is fascinating.

Let me first add that to be fair to them, at least in Bollywood, film folks are subjected to intense media pressure. Having said that, it has its positives too, a) being in the news is good news and b) it helps in the publicity of their films and make no mistake about it, people are people, seeing themselves being written about pleases them too (negative and positive).

Caught a press screening of Rock On at the beautiful Saratoga area in Northern California. 60 minutes, oh 60 minutes seperates this movie from being a reasonable watch to being a classic watch. It was 60
minutes too long, if 60 minutes had been shaved off a super movie would have played out.

First of all, I think this movie is a masterpiece. However, there is one doubt in my mind. Did Amole Gupte got inspired to write this script from the book "Thank you Mr. Falker". The storyline of the book and TZP are very similar except that the kid is a boy in TZP while the dyslexic child in the book is a girl.
