Sunday April 27, 2008 was designated as a day to honor Adam Davenport, seminary student from our congregation. Adam grew up in this church from the age of nine, growing in his faith and being nurtured by pastors, Sunday School teachers, youth leaders, worship team members, and many friends. He is in his final year of studies at Asbury Theological Seminary. The church designated this day to remind the congregation of our role in supporting Adam in his studies, his family life, and in his seeking an appointment as a full-time pastor after completing his program of study.
