BARLINGMASCAKEB is acronym of five regencies located in Central Java which they are Banjarnegara, Purbalingga, Banyumas, Cilacap, and Kebumen. Head of regencies from each regency agreed to establish a cooperated institution of five regencies namely Regional Management BARLINGMASCAKEB. Our office is headquartered in Purwokerto central Java.
Regional Management BARLINGMASCAKEB is established in 2003. We have conducted some activities sustaining regional economy development especially for five regencies and have bridged regional economy development focusing on increasing regional investment, promotional regional lead products, and Tourism Development and Promotion.

Establishing one stop service, (KPPI - Investment and Registration Service Office), in each region gives a simplest for the welcomed investors who are interested in multi-faceted business at each our region.
