The French government is strongly advocating the teaching of Arabic language and civilization in French schools. Not surprising, considering the number of Arabs and Muslims in France, and the unctuous deference with which they are treated by officials, beginning notably with Nicolas Sarkozy, who cannot praise enough the splendor of Arabic contributions to the world.

My essay The Eurabia Code was published in 2006, inspired by Bat Ye'or's groundbreaking book Eurabia: The Euro-Arab Axis. I have chosen to reproduce The Eurabia Code almost unchanged in my upcoming book Defeating Eurabia, but will include some updates. What has happened since 2006 is that European leaders are increasingly open about the idea of enlarging the EU to include the Arab world, although they do of course not present this as surrendering the continent to Islam. This hasn't been a total secret previously – in 2002 Louis Michel, the then Belgian minister of foreign affairs and today a member of the European Commission, told the Belgian parliament that the EU will eventually encompass North Africa and the Middle East as well as Europe – but why go public with this now? My theory is that EU leaders consider their people to be defeated and irrelevant. After the implementation of the Lisbon Treaty/European Constitution, the people no longer have a say and can safely be ignored. They have held us in contempt for years and no longer care to hide this. We are sheep and constitute no threat while they must continue appeasing the Muslims.

1. It was inevitable. The officialdom in charge of the Olympics has decided that the contested Chinese women gymnasts were old enough to participate in the games. The decision rests on documents presented by Peking. In this case you are again being asked to believe something that is obviously false. Supposedly those doubting the girls’ age lack exposure to Chinese women. Peking assures us Chinese females, look much younger than they really are. In some parts of the world Han Chinese are less than a rarity. From that sample one might conclude that even the Chinese look their age. Those gymnasts represented a government that is eager to score on the PR front. Could it be that, since it is the same government which also issues IDs, might have created documents to prove, if not the actual facts then the politically necessary fiction?

As a tyke, I sat in Catechism classes wearing the red neckerchief and Karl Marx pin of the socialist Young Pioneers, with Christ crucified on one wall and an Antichrist crucifier, Konstantin Rokossovsky, on the other. Perhaps this is why, fifty years later, I feel that life in the West is a moveable feast on a ship of fools.

Mona Sahlin, leader of the Swedish Social Democratic Party, confirmed that her party and the Greens want to form a coalition government in 2010. What kind of policy will such a government follow? Miljöpartiet de Gröna, the Swedish Green Party, state on their official website that the education system should start working for "gender equality" at an early age; children need counterweights to the gender roles which girls and boys are raised into. Therefore teachers and personnel in child care services must finish an education in equality before they are given their exams. They also want to abolish grades in schools:

I refer instead to the metaphysical doctrine according to which truth and value is said to inhere in real things. The leading Norwegian blog Document.no tells the horrifying story about how two decent white men in 2007 were attacked by a media lynch mob for their supposed "racism." As it turns out later, the mainstream media didn't present nearly all of the information relevant to the case at the time, which didn't prevent them from nearly destroying these two men. This happened at the same time as there is a growing wave of crime and violence targeting the natives. The response of the authorities to rising levels of racist violence targeting the natives has been to increase crackdowns on "racism" – by the white natives. In 2005 the Norwegian parliament – with the support of 85% of MPs – passed a new Discrimination Act, prepared by then Minister of Integration from the Conservative Party, Erna Solberg, who had earlier called for the establishment of a sharia council in Norway.

For those of us who are concerned for Europe’s indigenous cultures, good news seems to be in short supply. But, in Britain, there is at least one ray of hope in all the gloom. The Steadfast Trust – the first and, indeed, only charity for the indigenous English – has been making strides in the last few months.
 
The charity was established to promote English culture (and, in particular, to encourage English children to learn about their heritage), to conduct research on behalf of the indigenous English community, and to fight discrimination against the English in England.
