Profiles, twitter and more

A week after D6 update I updated a few things to make drupalsites.net even nicer and a better tool for Drupal community.

  • User profiles! Now you can submit your picture, personal and company information. This will help you to promote yourself with Drupal community and those interested in Drupal.
  • SEO: listing pages now has nofollow argument to avoid link-farming-ness in the eyes of search engines. Full node layout is linked directly to your site thought with no string attached.
  • New block with main RSS feeds and twitter!
  • Rules: Comments will be closed for posts which attracts too many spam bot comments.

A few updates to theme as well. Should work nicer with IE now.

Please do comment or let me know if you see any bugs or have any suggestions.

Comments:

Frontpage in IE looks a bit crappy yet. The vertical spacing for links suffers and being cut off.

IE issues are fixed few days ago.

I notice you've lost a lot of the screenshots. Too bad :(

There are quite a lot of missing screenshots were recaprured during last update. So they all should be in place. Could you point for a few posts where they are missing?

Good updates. I think adding profile pages like openid, linkedin, gravatar would be great.

How does no Follow links hinder the SEO Process?

Thanks for putting in the profile fields.
